Filbert's fine food was founded and launched in 2010 by a small group of food enthusiasts who, with over 40 years of experience in making fine food, recognised a gap in the market for a snack that was strikingly delicious, of exceptional quality and completely natural. So they set about making the first snacks by hand in a converted coffee roaster. This artisanal production in small batches continues to this day in a facility with over 30 employees. All natural, gluten-free and vegan.
