Since 1860, the Antica Pasta Factory Morelli has stood for artisanal pasta craftsmanship that is now rarely found. In the fifth generation, siblings Lucia, Antonio, and Marco Morelli continue the family tradition with passion and care – in their small factory in Tuscany, where more than just quantity has always mattered: origin, quality, and flavor. The secret behind our pasta? It’s the wheat germ – the most valuable part of the grain, which is usually discarded in industrial production. Rich in vitamin E, D, and plant-based protein, it gives our pasta its distinct, intense flavor and superior nutritional value. During cooking, it releases a wonderful wheat aroma – and tints the water slightly green: a true sign of natural quality. Thanks to traditional methods, we are able to reintroduce this fresh wheat germ into the dough. Without preservatives. Without colorings. But full of character. Or as we like to say: “We’re made of different grain.” Whether it’s classic varieties like Pici di Siena or robust Tagliatelle di Emmer, or refined creations with saffron, porcini mushrooms, or squid ink – every pasta shape reflects the philosophy of the Morelli house: simple ingredients, ancient techniques, and an incomparable taste. Our pasta is available in the finest delicatessen shops in Italy and around the world. The elegant packaging also makes it a tasteful gift for anyone who values honest, authentic indulgence.

Porcini Tagliatelle
