It all began with two childhood friends – Michel, the Caliph, and Augustin, the Vizier – who one day found themselves in a small kitchen, dreaming up the perfect recipe for round, heavenly buttery shortbread. What started as a delicious experiment soon turned into a grand adventure – one that has now lasted over 20 years.
