Chiaverini
Florentine Preserve-Making Tradition Since 1928

Since 1928, Chiaverini has stood for authentic preserves from Florence. The brand combines carefully selected fruit with traditional family recipes and a simple philosophy: fruit, sugar and enough time. Gentle preparation creates preserves with an intense fruit flavour and a pleasantly smooth texture. The story of Chiaverini began in a small workshop in the Rifredi district of Florence. The fruit came from farms in the surrounding area, while the finished preserves were initially delivered by bicycle to shops in the city centre. What started as a local family business developed into an internationally appreciated brand that has retained its Florentine roots to this day.

One of the brand’s most distinctive features is the iconic “Mastello”. Its characteristic design recalls the small wooden tubs in which the first preserves were delivered. Different colours identify the individual flavours and give the range its unmistakable appearance. The assortment includes classic fruit varieties such as strawberry, cherry, apricot and peach, as well as more distinctive specialities including wild blackberry, orange with peel and fig with almonds. The preserves are ideal for breakfast, pastries and desserts or as a fruity ingredient in the kitchen.
