Family Bars Dark 60 %
Café-Tasse is much more than a chocolate brand - it is a family business with heart and tradition. Since its foundation in 1989, Café-Tasse's chocolate artisans have dedicated themselves to perfecting a unique recipe that combines the highest quality and finest ingredients. The brand stands for Belgian craftsmanship and is now represented in more than 40 countries - as a true ambassador of the famous Belgian chocolate. Café-Tasse chocolates are made with exquisite cocoa beans from Africa and South America. The dark chocolate in particular, with a minimum cocoa content of 60%, is characterized by its melt-in-the-mouth consistency and develops an intense aroma on the tongue. Thanks to the use of 100% pure cocoa butter, Café-Tasse products are a real taste sensation for chocolate lovers. The company has been run by Andrea Gembler and her husband Philippe Lallouche for over 10 years. The close collaboration with master chocolatiers, who have been perfecting their craft for decades and passing on their knowledge to the next generation, makes Café-Tasse a chocolate manufacturer with living know-how. The family spirit and dynamism of the company are reflected in the quality of the products and customer service Chocolate is an inexhaustible source of inspiration for Café-Tasse. Over the years, the company has constantly evolved and is always on the lookout for valuable ingredients for new, unique creations. The range includes a variety of creamy flavor combinations that go perfectly with coffee or tea. Back in 1990, Café-Tasse opened a beautiful sales and tasting room for chocolates just a few steps away from the Grand Place. To this day, this place is the place to go for anyone who wants to enjoy the finest Belgian chocolate in a special atmosphere. Café-Tasse not only attaches great importance to exquisite taste, but also to sustainable cultivation. The brand is RFA-certified (Rainforest Alliance), which means that its chocolate is produced under fair conditions and with respect for the environment.
