Founded in the picturesque village of Isigny-sur-Mer as a butter manufactory, the company was enriched in 1932 by a unique caramel recipe – a secret that has been preserved to this day. The caramel is crafted with the utmost care using only the finest ingredients: fresh milk from Isigny, butter and cream from Normandy, natural flavors, and glucose – always perfectly balanced and slowly cooked in traditional copper kettles.
