The most famous nougat in the world
Someone once said that nougat is a revelation of taste and the marriage of pleasure and passion. Probably the most famous nougat in the world comes from Montélimar, a town in the southern Rhône Valley. Here, a nougat is produced that cannot present the true definition of noble nougat in a tastier way. Because for the famous white nougat of the master nougatiers of Chabert & Guillot, traditionally only the best and most original ingredients are used: noble lavender honey, pistachios, beaten egg whites and the finest almonds.
