Natural crispy potato crisps
Extra crispy kettle potato chips made from potatoes with noble spices. John Farmer prepares the world's best crisps from its selected potatoes: vacuum frying allows us to keep the temperatures constantly low during the production of the crisps. Due to the lower and ideal temperature, this production technology ensures that the crisps contain less fat than crisps deep-fried at normal pressure, as the water from the potatoes evaporates more quickly until a delicious crust and the typical roasted aromas develop. Less fat, less acrylamide. Vacuum frying not only makes the products more digestible, but also tastier: thanks to the low temperatures, the natural flavors are preserved. The color of the crisps is more natural, the taste is more intense and the crust is crispier. The crisps are gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian and lactose-free. John Sailor travels the world in search of ever new, special spices with which to enhance his friend's kettle chips: Pepper from Vietnam, Indian chili, or sea salt from the Middle East, as well as regional specialties such as Aspall Cyder's award-winning apple cider vinegar and cheddar cheese from a small English family farm in Suffolk.
