The art around the most famous hazelnut in the world
The passion for artisan tradition, the love for the origin of the products used and the attachment to its own history determine the outstanding quality of the products of Antica Torroneria from near Alba. Despite the constant striving for innovation, the company has remained true to these principles to this day. Time plays an essential role: only if this "ingredient" is used in sufficient quantity, the best result of the products is obtained. The basis for this is one of the most precious products that the Italian region of Langhe produces: the sweet, aromatic, round Piedmont hazelnuts, the "Tonda gentile". A nut that has made the region world famous and gives this producer's products that glorious character and extraordinary taste. They are the basis both for the gianduja, the sweet torrone, and for the famous truffle pralines, for example, made with over 40% IGP hazelnuts, cocoa mass and cocoa butter.
