Inspired by a love of food and a desire to create naturally delicious bites that go far beyond your run-of-the-mill supermarket snack, Mr Filbert’s was created by a small group of food enthusiasts with a shared dream; to produce gourmet snacks with a distinctive taste that people could enjoy anywhere, any time. With 40+ years of combined fine food manufacturing experience, an appetite for hard work, along with a refurbished coffee roaster, the team soon set to work producing the first ever Mr Filbert’s snacks back in 2010 in small batches by hand. 

Since then, our business has grown, and our recipes have expanded, but our ethos remains the same. We still carefully craft our products using fresh, flavourful herbs and natural foraged ingredients and pour the same attention to detail into every one of our handcrafted snacks. We are constantly striving to find the perfect flavour combinations and taste sensations, so keep your eyes peeled for news of our latest gourmet offerings.

Proudly made in the heart of Somerset, we want everyone to be able to enjoy Mr Filbert’s products, so our range includes plant-based options for vegetarians and vegans, as well as a variety of certified gluten and dairy-free products so no one has to miss out.

Almost all of our products are 100% natural but we are always looking at ways to reduce our environmental impact and improve our sustainability. The pouch packaging we use in our products can be recycled, while the card is made only from sustainable FSC sources, and we now have a range of plastic-free and recyclable packaging formats that are 100% curb recyclable.
