Monbana Matcha Latte Powder 500 g

Heiße Zubereitung (250 mL) – Mit Dampflanze:200 mL Milch in ein Kännchen geben. Die Milch 5 Sekunden lang mit der Dampflanze erhitzen, bis sie etwa 65 °C erreicht. 10 g Pulver (entspricht 2 gehäuften Teelöffeln oder 1 gehäuften Esslöffel) zur Milch geben. Erneut 20 Sekunden mit der Dampflanze aufschäumen, bis das Getränk gut vermischt und schön cremig ist. Kalte Zubereitung (300 mL) – Mit Shaker:Ein Glas mit 5 Eiswürfeln füllen. 200 mL Milch über die Eiswürfel gießen. 10 g Pulver (2 gehäufte Teelöffel oder 1 gehäufter Esslöffel) hinzufügen. Alles für 10 Sekunden kräftig im Shaker schütteln.
