A true gem of the bakery is Aya’s more than 15 years of experience as a head buyer for Italian fine foods. Her deep knowledge of the origin, quality, and flavor of premium ingredients finds its way into every single product. Wherever possible, regional and authentically Italian raw materials are used: eggs, butter, and flour from Tuscany, figs from Calabria, almonds from Sicily. All GMO-free – and full of flavor. The daily production capacity is limited to just 100 kg – a clear sign of the uncompromising handcraft that defines SFIZIO. Larger quantities can be produced with lead time, but one principle always holds true: quality comes first. SFIZIO is not a place for quick snacks. It is a place for honest indulgence, for fragrant baked goods with a story, and for all who appreciate the finer things in life.
