Original Beans

Every bean a journey. Every bite a promise.

Unadulterated taste begins at the source - where nature is still wild, the soil is rich and the cocoa is a true child of its environment. Carefully harvested, fermented and dried, each cocoa bean in our chocolate reveals the delicious secrets of its origin. Less is more - especially when it comes to real taste. The chocolates consist of no more than four ingredients. Without lecithin. Without vanilla. Without industrial sugar. Without compromise. But with 100% transparency, genuine craftsmanship and a lot of love for nature. When you enjoy chocolate, you should remember that it grows on trees - like apples, pears or cherries. But instead of the fruit, we eat the seed - full of energy, history and life. Let it melt slowly on your tongue. Feel how the flavors unfold. Like a good conversation: surprising, multi-layered, lasting. Since 2008, Originl Beans has been on the road to find - and preserve - the precious. The fearless bean team travels to the world's most remote biodiversity hotspots to track down the best original beans. It's not just about taste. It's about protecting the forests, empowering the local people and regenerating the original plants. Every bar of Original Beans tells a story. A story of flavors that change depending on the vintage and origin. A story of origin, responsibility and the desire to share what is most valuable with you - and to protect it at the same time.

Organic Chocolate Bar Beni Wild 66 %

"Beni" is a rare species of wild cocoa that only grows on the cocoa islands in the Itenez river basin of the Bolivian Amazon. The farmers who harvest this exceptional chocolate use traditional methods and pick the cacao fruits with dugout canoes. The resulting chocolate has a cocoa content of 66% and impresses with its delicate yet distinctive taste. Notes of sun-dried berries, melon and tropical fruits, rounded off with a hint of jasmine tea, make this chocolate a unique treat that will not only delight connoisseurs.
